8-12 month planning

. Unlimited phone and email communication
. Provide an online shared document with the following information:
     - 12 month wedding checklist
     - Important point of contact info
     - Tools for organizing guest list and seating assignments
     - Tools for vendor vetting
     - Vendor info
     - Day-of timeline for both the ceremony & reception
     - Venue layout
. Create monthly calanders to ensure weekly-monthly goals are met.
. Send out save-the-dates, invitations
. Discussion of overall decor vision and follow “Design” timeline (see below)
. Provide list of recommended vendors and will attend vendor meetings, if necessary
. Will open lines of communication with vendors to obtain quotes and negotiate rates and will track in “Vendor Vetting” section of our shared document
. Finalize vendor selections of your choice and obtain contracts
. Organize contracts and payment timelines, upon booking vendors
. Weekly-Monthly “check in’s” to ensure we are on task
. Detailed discussion of your overall theme and decor
. Create multiple design boards to ensure a cohesive look, based on our discussion
. Create a final design board 6-8 weeks before your event
. Create decor elements for your wedding, if necessary

Coordination Package

1-2 month coordination

. Unlimited email or phone communication.
. Provide an online shared document with the following information:
     - Important point of contact info
     - Vendor info
     - Day-of timeline for both the ceremony & reception
     - Venue room layout
. Create a Day-of timeline for your event. Discussion will take place 4 weeks before your event.
. Discussion of your overall theme and decor to help ensure a cohesive look.
. Open lines of communication with listed vendors 2 weeks prior to your event to confirm items needed by vendor for the event and to confirm load in and load out times.
. Organize and direct the wedding rehearsal (if necessary)
. Be your personal concierge on the day of your event.
. Provide full coordination of your event (ie. ceremony & reception)
. Manage vendor & décor setup at ceremony and reception sites
. Ensure that all items necessary to properly conduct the ceremony are in place
(ceremony arch, florals, mic/micstand, unity traditions -sand, paint, etc))
. Line up wedding party processional and cue musicians or dj.
. Ensure the decor setup for reception is cohesive and will make adjustments if necessary
. Manage reception program in accordance with the Day-of timeline
. Set up and break down table numbers/names, place cards, favors, toasting glass, serving sets, and décor provided by you per your instructions
. Gather and safely deliver all important materials and gifts to a trusted family member or friend per your instructions.
. Provide up to 12 hours of service on your wedding day
. This package includes a coordinator and an assistant. Including another assistant will be at the discretion of the Coordinator and will depend on the amount of work that needs to be executed and number of guests in attendance.


Design 

for Planning or Design Package only

PART 1: DESIGN / STORY BOARD DISCUSSION
     (6-8 months) collaboration design of major details (décor for each section of event) & finalize vendor selections used in design elements of event

PART 2: DESIGN OF PAPER DETAILS
(2–4 months) Collaboration design of paper details such as escort cards & programs, etc.

PART 3: SITE VISIT
To discuss logistics of space and agenda, and finalize overall layout of reception

PART 4: EXECUTION
EVENT SET UP. I will help determine layout of favors, place settings, napkin folds, and direct vendors to correct placement of lights, linen, rentals, cake set up, interactive stations, etc.


*VENDOR REFERRALS for décor items in design plan (florist, lighting, tables, chairs,
linen, and recommendations on where to purcahse décor items)
*Labor fee is included in Partial Planning & Full Planning estimate, and all décor items will be purchased by the client.
