. Will open lines of communication with vendors to obtain quotes and negotiate rates and will track in “Vendor Vetting” section of our shared document
. Finalize vendor selections of your choice and obtain contracts
. Organize contracts and payment timelines, upon booking vendors
. Weekly-Monthly “check in’s” to ensure we are on task
. Detailed discussion of your overall theme and decor
. Create multiple design boards to ensure a cohesive look, based on our discussion
. Create a final design board 6-8 weeks before your event
. Create decor elements for your wedding, if necessary
. + Day of Coordination services
1-3 month coordination
.Unlimited email and phone communication
. Access to a digital coordination document that will need to be filled out by the time we have our coordination meeting, 2-3 months before your event. Applicable only to clients who hired my "Coordination" services.
. Discussion of the following will take place at the coordination meeting:
. All booked vendors (service time, load in & load out times)
. Decor items
. Vendor confirmations and distribution of the timeline.
. Coordination of your event:
. (2) hours for the ceremony rehearsal only if an onsite coordinator is not available. Coordination of your ceremony only if it is within five miles of the reception site. Most churches have an on-site coordinator, but if your coordinator is requested to be at the ceremony site on the day of the event (due to lack of an on-site coordinator or if the client requests it), cost of an additional coordinator.
. Manage vendor & décor setup at ceremony and reception sites (if necessary).
. Full coordination from start of reception set up until end of event - most decor items will be packed up about 1.5 hours before your event ends and we will handoff all important items, gifts, etc. to a trusted family member or friend (per your instruction).
for Planning or Design Package only
PART 1: DESIGN / STORY BOARD DISCUSSION
(6-8 months) collaboration design of major details (décor for each section of event) & finalize vendor selections used in design elements of event
PART 2: DESIGN OF PAPER DETAILS
(2–4 months) Collaboration design of paper details such as escort cards & programs, etc.
PART 3: SITE VISIT
To discuss logistics of space and agenda, and finalize overall layout of reception
PART 4: EXECUTION
EVENT SET UP. I will help determine layout of favors, place settings, napkin folds, and direct vendors to correct placement of lights, linen, rentals, cake set up, interactive stations, etc.
*VENDOR REFERRALS for décor items in design plan (florist, lighting, tables, chairs, linen, and recommendations on where to purchase décor items)
*Labor fee is included in Partial Planning & Full Planning estimate, and all décor items will be purchased by the client.
